30min de natation en mer histoire de tester les vagues Niçoise.
Rendez-vous au triathlon store puis départ vers la plage Amour.
30min swim in the sea to test the waves of Nice.
Meet at the triathlon store, then off to Plage Amour.
• 17h30 : Run with Chelsea Sodaro x On running
Community run with Chelsea Sodaro the 2022 Ironman world champion.

A 30-minute swim in the sea to test the waves of Nice, our triathlon store athlete will be on hand to give you valuable advice.
Meeting point at the triathlon store café, then departure for Plage Amour.
